Welcome Elliott Perow, MD

Penn Highlands Healthcare welcomes emergency medicine physician Elliott Perow, MD, to its medical staff.

Dr. Perow joins the emergency department teams at Penn Highlands Clearfield, located at 809 Turnpike Avenue in Clearfield, Penn Highlands DuBois, located at 100 Hospital Avenue in DuBois, Penn Highlands Huntingdon, located at 1225 Warm Springs Avenue in Huntingdon, Penn Highlands State College, located at 239 Colonnade Boulevard in State College and Penn Highlands Tyrone, located at 187 Hospital Drive in Tyrone.

When patients experience severe or life-threatening conditions, Dr. Perow provides highly specialized care that is close to home.

Common treatments and procedures include bone breaks, complications from chronic illnesses, diagnosis of acute injuries or illnesses, heart attack, major aches and pains, major cuts, major eye problems and stroke.

Dr. Perow is a graduate of the Sidney Kimmel Medical College, Thomas Jefferson University, in Philadelphia. He completed his residency in emergency medicine at Christiana Care Health System in Newark, Del., where he was named chief resident.

He is certified in Advanced Trauma Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and he is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians and Emergency Medicine Residents Association.
