Home Medical Equipment Documentation Requirements
Penn Highlands Home Medical Equipment (PHHME) is a Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetic Devices, Prosthetics, Orthotics, & Supplies - (DMEPOS) supplier. PHHME is required to follow Medicare Local Coverage Determinations (LCD). LCDs are prescription and documentation guidelines that explain the requirements to have DMEPOS covered.
