Penn Highlands Healthcare and Lung Innovations Network to Sponsor Pulmonary and Cardiothoracic Conference
Plan to attend the Penn Highlands Healthcare and Lung Innovations Annual Pulmonary and Cardiothoracic Conference on Friday, July 19, 2024, from 7:00 AM to 5:45 PM at the Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center in State College, Pa.
The program will provide medical, nursing and ancillary staff with guidelines and treatment modalities for lung disease, heart disease, thoracic surgery, genomics and a special topic on Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare. Topics range from “Lung Nodule Management — Multiomics Approach,” presented by Sandeep Bansal, MD, FCCP, FACP, Medical Director of the Lung Center at Penn Highlands Healthcare and Lung Innovations Network, to “Thoracic Surgical Robotics,” presented by Carolyn Moore, MD, a board-certified thoracic surgeon from Penn Highlands Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery.
Participants will receive continuing education credits. Penn Highlands Mon Valley designates this live activity for a maximum of 8 AMA Physicians Recognition Award Category 1 Credits™.
Penn Highlands DuBois is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health and will provide a certificate of completion for 8 contact hours which can be used for Pennsylvania state RN licensure renewal.
